Product Introduction:
The Singuway SARS-CoV-2 RNA and Multiplex Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA and the mutant in the S gene of SARS-CoV-2 by Real-time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time RT-PCR)method.The assay is designed to target the well conserved regions of N protein genes, the mutation sites of the S gene.
Storage conditions and the period of Validity
This kit shall be stored at the temperature below -20℃ in dark and avoid repeated freezing and
thawing (if freezing and thawing, must not exceed 4 times), with a validity period of 12 months. It can
be stored at 4℃ after opening the cover, with a validity period of 30 days. The kit shall be
transported in an ice box filled with 50% of the total volume of dry ice for no more than 5 days.
